All recived manusripts will be initially evaluated by the editor for quality and suitability for the journal. Papers meet suitability and journal scope are then sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers for peer-reviewing and assess the scientific quality of the paper. The editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. Author will informed by any comments done by reviwers for correction or explantion and retern back to the editor for decision.  Author will be informed concerning status of their manuscript after the completion of the review process (Accepted or not) by the Editor.
